RENTAL INFORMATION
Upon deposit, we will book your requested date(s); however, the wedding date is not confirmed until we have received a completed Wedding Contract and a deposit of $1,500. If the client so chooses to have the rehearsal dinner on site there will need to be a separate contract. Once you rent the venue you have access to the property for your photo shoots for save the date and bridal portraits prior to the wedding.
This must be scheduled with New Water Farms Event Manager, Kimberly Roberts.

Ceremony & Reception $6,900
The contract includes the large 50’ x 86’ rustic open beamed room that can be heated and cooled, a commercial kitchen, café lights, 200 white event chairs, 26 tables that seat 8 to 10, 12’x 24’ stage area, open gas fireplace, food display tables, cake table, and restrooms within the Lodge. This also gives access to the porch, lawn, beach, chapel and vineyard for your ceremony and pictures. You will be able to start decorating on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. the day before the wedding and will be renting the venue beginning Saturday at 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Ceremony rehearsals are limited to 1 hour. Trash cans are provided throughout the premises. (All times provided are Central Standard Time)

(If ceremony and reception are contracted at NWF) This contract gives access to the Lodge,
Porch and Lawn areas for your Rehearsal dinner as well as a full day for setup, 8:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. (All times provided are Central Standard Time)

There is no venue on Lake Martin that offers this waterfront view. The chapel sits on a peninsula overlooking the clear water of Sandy Creek but also is tucked away from the busy lake traffic, lending a quiet, serene setting. The contract gives the client 4 hours access to the Chapel only. (All times provided are Central Standard Time)

(If contracted for the dinner only this gives the client 6 hours on site, 3:00 until 9:00 P.M.) The client will have access to the Lodge, Porch and Lawn areas for your Rehearsal dinner. (All times provided are Central Standard Time)
